Home > How We Work

CTEF accept applications from all regions in China. To ensure clear ownership and transparency, CTEF has a regional director who oversees school projects for each province. For each application, the regional director will work with the a local representative and the board to evaluate the application, and once approved ensure proper deployment of funds and provide support. Our China office plays a vital role in this process ¨C depending on the size of the project, we will pay onsite visits to facilitate evaluation, implementation and ensure goals are met as established in the project application.

CTEF board holds monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of each month to review applications and conduct board business. We strive to provide transparency to our existing and potential donors as much as possible. Our past board meeting minutes are available online, as well as our annual Financial Statements since 1999.
